Research Area

AI Acceleration

We design new AI acceleration techniques for System-on-Chip(SoC) technologies, including deep-learning specific instruction-set processors, energy-efficient computer arithmetic, and high-performance computing system.

SoC On-Chip Network

Network-on-Chip technology is an efficient data transmission hardware architecture system. We design faster System-on-Chip(SoC) for efficient algorithms that take workload characteristics into account.

Near Data Processing

NDP has great opportunities in terms of accelerating computation and reducing power consumption. We solve the challenge of NDP by utilizing system-level simulation.

Next Generation Memory

We are developing memory subsystem, system architecture technology, open fusion memory solutions, and platforms for the next-generation memory system.
